Michael says, "I don't think you know what it's like to be a Rocky child. I was raised on this stuff."
So we were watching TV after a long weekend of studying for an endocrine test and all of a sudden, Michael dropped his ice cream and started doing this. When I realized what he was doing, I ran to get the camera; I didn't want you all to miss this! :) (Remind you of anything? Karate pics?) :)
As you can see, he knows the workouts on the Rocky movies pretty well. Once when we were dating, he tried to get me to watch a whole Rocky movie, but he wasn't even watching it! The whole time he was just running in place, punching, or lifting along with Rocky Balboa.
"Keep on punchin', America!" -Michael (really, Sylvester Stalone said it first, next to his hand- and foot-prints on the Walk of Fame, but, Michael just said it, too)

LOL thats so funny! Tony grew up on Rocky too
That is so funny. The other day Rocky V was on and it brought back memories of watching the Rockies with my older brothers.
