Last Week of 2011

Darwin wanna be a balla, shot-calla.

Chris & Lisa's baby girl's blessing

Darwin playing Peek-a-Boo with Uncle Landon!

Roller Skating on a day off!

Mom's Family Party
Everyone brought a page of memories to share with Grandma and Grandpa especially, and Mom set up this cool table of family memorabilia, as well as got up super early and made lasagna and cheesecake for everyone, and planned a great group visiting activity. Way to go, Mom! It was really fun! And thanks everyone--really, everyone--for pitching in to help with set up, clean up, sharing stories, visiting, and making it fun.

This picture cracks me up. All the moms setting their kids up, especially the little ones so they don't fall off the stage. Eeeek!

Grandpa and Grandma

Siblings. I put two goofy pics because George's face is just too good in this top one. :)

Uncle George

Our cutie-pie nephew leading the music. (It was just Amber, me and the boys--the little ones--in the Relief Society room, but he was showing us how it was done. I just love that kid! :) )

Annual Clay Pigeon Shooting.
Michael always says this is his favorite tradition he married into, along with Pumpkin Rolls and Buckeyes.
It was freezing. We should start doing this annually in the summer. Brrr. :)
Taking a turn with the boys in the [warm] car.
And, lest you think we missed Michael's family during this trip, here they are, starring in our very own murder mystery dinner, "Pistols, Passion, and Pasta." Michael played Rocco Scarfazzi and I was Angel Roni. Tami was Tara Misu. Hehe. Get it? So clever. :) Can you see Michael's mustache? It's a must for Michael in these dinners. Possibly a photo of everyone in their get-ups in the future . . .

And we also saw Chris and Lisa again. In Ellensburg. In a hotel. Waiting for the Pass to clear up overnight. Darwin saw himself in the mirror. We're working on teaching him the balance of self-love and being overly "into himself." Ha. :) He was kissing himself in the mirror for like 5 minutes straight.

Home again, home again. Jiggity jig.

Happy New Year!

Carson was singing his own little tune there. Sorry we all missed it. Thanks for helping your parents host the gathering, I was so happy I got to come and see all who were there. It was great! Love the kissing the mirror picture!

I seem to remember Michael spending a long time in front of the mirror in high school...like father, like son, I guess.
