One Short Day in the Emerald City

Do you know how long I've been waiting to use that as a post title? (That's for you, Lisa.) :)

After moving in, we went downtown for a few hours with Tami and the kids, Landon and Britney.
@ Pike Place Market, with special Pike Place Market doughnuts! :) (Michael and I tried a lamb gyro for the first time. And, Landon, don't worry. We thought it was "Guy-Ro," too. You fit right in.)

Our niece showing her brother the ropes around the famous fish thrower stand. (The hanging fish has a string attached that a worker behind the counter pulls and the fish "opens" its mouth and basically looks nasty scary.)

Must've been a really good doughnut!

@ The Hat Shoppe
Never thought of him as a cone head before . . .

Or a blonde, for that matter.

The Happy Couple :)
